Job Responsibilities

1. Based on the company's strategic direction, combined with existing products and technological capabilities, under the guidance of the R&D director, carry out the development and design of new products;

2Responsible for liaising with customers, sales and other market demands, matching the company's existing technical capacity, improving and updating the design and production processes of existing products;

3. Responsible for organizing, executing, and applying for patents, technological achievements, research and development projects, etc;

4Provide product knowledge training for internal personnel in sales, processes, technology, production, etc;

5. Assist sales, connect with customer needs, and prepare product technical agreements;

6Other work related to research and development and technology.

Qualification

1. Relevant major, bachelor's degree or above;

2Proficient in air conditioning system equipment, with relevant technical, design, and research and development work experience;

3. Proficient in using CAD and 3D drawing software, able to complete product design and process technology scheme preparation work immediately;

4Good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork and collective spirit.
